How to open a return?

Once your return request is approved you will receive the instructions to return via email. After initiating return request you must return your item within 5 days else your return would be voided and you would not be eligible to open another return request. All returned items must be in the same condition, should packed in original packaging with all included accessories. If condition differs or items are incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of your order. To authenticate pictures are required.
All working returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items are verified with serial numbers, If you returned a different item we reserve rights to cancel your return and not initiate a refund.
Exchange or Replacement
Based on our customer’s needs and our policies our team can exchange or replace your order. Replacement and exchange process takes upto 5 business days.
Once we receive and inspect returned item we initiate refund within 48 hours. Please allow 4-6 business days to process refund back in your credit card or bank.
We refund original order value only, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
